Sfera Digest-it is a blend of herbal powders, herbal extracts and digestive enzymes. This blend has the purpose to assist in preventing symptoms of lactose intolerance, relief of inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, relief of mild digestive upset, relief of the pain associated with menstruation, sleep aid and protection/support of the liver. Sfera Digest-It contains a Digestive blend, Chamomile flower powder, Peppermint leaf powder, Fennel seed powder, Lemon balm leaf powder, Milk Thistle seed powder, Licorice root extract, Angelica root powder and black pepper extract.

In Sfera Products a digestive enzyme blend is used, which contains contains Amylase (3 150 DU), Protease 4,5 (14 000 HUT), Invertase (110 SU), Diastase (225 DP), Lipase (250 FIP), Cellulase (280 CU) and Lactase (150 ALU) in each dose. 

Matricaria chamomilla, commonly known as Chamomile, is a daisy like plant. The flower is frequently used in tea. Chamomile flowers may relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, relieve mild digestive upset and relieve restlessness/nervousness. 

Menthae haplocalyx, commonly known as peppermint, is a low growing herb which is commonly known for its use in food and desserts. Peppermint leaf is used in herbal medicines and may aid digestion and relieve flatulent dyspepsia. 

Illicium verum, commonly known as Fennel, is a widely propagated flowering plant from the carrot family indigenous to the Mediterranean. Fennel seeds have been used traditionally in herbal medicine and may relieve digestive upset including bloating and flatulence and relieve pain associated with menstruation.

Melissa officinalis, commonly known as lemon balm, is a herby plant in the mint family. Lemon balm leaf is used in herbal medicines and may relieve digestive disturbances and act as a sleep aid.

Silybum marianum, commonly known as milk thistle, is a flowering plant originally native to Southern Europe through to Asia. Milk thistle may act as a liver protectant, support liver function and relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia. In Sfera products milk thistle seed powder is used.

Glycyrrhiza glabra, commonly known as licorice is a flowering plant of the bean family. The licorice root can be extracted for a sweet, aromatic flavouring. Licorice root is used as a herbal remedy and may aid to relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, such as gastritis in adults. 

Angelica sinensis, commonly known as angelica or dong quai, is a herby plant traditionally used in Chinese medicine. Angelica root powder may aid digestion and relieve flatulent dyspepsia.

Piper nigrum, commonly known as black pepper, is a common spice with a long history of human consumption. Black pepper is used as a herbal medicine and may improve digestion. In Sfera products a Piper nigrum extract is used with the aim of amplifying its beneficial properties.

Directions
