We keep a lot of stock in our warehouse, and we're always adding to it. But it's possible that you'll order something that we don't have in stock right now.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to choose an alternative product, wait for the item to be restocked, or receive a refund for the out-of-stock item. Shipping and Delivery:

Yes, Vita Wellness provides free delivery on orders totaling R500 or more. For orders below R500, a delivery fee of R80 will be applied. Additionally, we also offer PUDO locker pickup for only R60 on all orders under R500, and for free on orders R500 and above. Choosing PUDO locker pickup helps reduce last-mile emissions, making it an environmentally friendly option.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

You have the option to update the address within a time frame of 12 hours after placing your order. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before finalizing your purchase. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days of receiving payment. If payment is made via credit card, the transaction is processed automatically upon payment confirmation.

Courier delivery times are based on your location:

  • Main City Centers: 2 – 5 working days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 8 working days

When providing your delivery address, kindly ensure it is a location where someone trustworthy is available to accept the order at any time. A signature from any person at the delivery address confirms the completion of the delivery.

Unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, road closures, or strikes, may occasionally impact delivery times. While such instances are rare, it's important to note that a 'late' delivery is not grounds for a refund or order cancellation. If your delivery exceeds the estimated times mentioned above, please contact us with your order number, and we will promptly investigate the matter.
